Return and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

• Customers may cancel their remodeling project up to 7 days before the scheduled start date without any cancellation fee.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover planning and material preparation costs.

• If materials have already been ordered or custom work has begun, customers will be responsible for the cost of those materials and any completed work.

Refunds & Returns

• Due to the nature of remodeling services, services rendered are non-refundable.

• If a project has begun and the client requests modifications, we will work to find a solution that meets their needs while considering project feasibility.

• If a customer is unsatisfied with the quality of work, we will address the issue within the scope of the agreed contract to ensure customer satisfaction.

Rescheduling

• Customers may request to reschedule their project start date with at least 5 days’ notice at no extra charge.

• Short-notice rescheduling (less than 5 days) may incur additional costs depending on labor and material availability.
